Reviewer: Jasmine
Black Dorn is the name of this novel and I liked it, the story was very interesting. The book tells of Branwyn, who's family sold her to become a submissive courtesan to a powerful lord. Her instructor, Dune Trea, is horrified when she learns that Branwyn knows nothing of the relationship between a man and a woman, and she begins to train Branwyn daily in the art of bedding a man.

During this training, Brawyn fights her transformation and is not willing to touch a man other than her husband and so she is severely punished. After that it follows the training and she falls in love with Malack.

I liked the writing style of author Daryl Devore, and I give this book 3.5 stars.
